Semaphore’s landmark water tower — complete with 360 degree views of the coast and city — is up for sale and we had the opportunity to tell the story of this amazing property.
The landmark water tower was built in 1880, and provided water to the LeFevre peninsula for 20 years. It was converted to a home in 1972, and now presents what is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Thanks to Nick Psarros (agent from Ray White Semaphore) and Ben Ali (vendor), for allowing us to film this unique property.
